“Custom Rumble”, five specials with Ducati Scrambler base reach the final
Ducati Scrambler has been the donor bike for “Custom Rumble”, a contest that started in September of 2015. All the Ducati Dealers across the globe were invited to be a part of it and present an original custom beauty customized by them. Each dealer had submitted videos or the pictures of their work-in-progress creation online on the Instagram account
The Instagram account is full of Ducati scramblers and one can spot different looking scramblers with different themes from a pink to a blue one or one with a dark personality to the one that comes alive. The modifications range from a custom flame paint job on the tank to the nobby tires abd a side car attached to it. All of them look great and reflect months of hard work that has gone-in to make the bikes. The sheer skill, dedication and passion to make great looking beauties, echoes in one and all the bikes.
Online voting started in late October 2015 and continued till January 2016. The bikes that received the most likes on the Custom Rumble Instagram account have been selected as the finalists. These five Scramblers would be showcased at the Misano Adriatico to fight and ultimately become the best-looking custom made scramber.
This would happen in July 1-3, 2016 at the World Ducati Week. WDW or the World Ducati Week is the largest gathering of Ducati motorcycles and Ducati riding groups from across the world to celebrate the spirit of riding and feeling of owning a Ducati. Special jury comprising of Experts, Designers, Custom bike makers and Motorcyclists, will select the final winner. The dealers of these five finalists will be there at WDW 2016 to represent their splendid “Custom Rumble” entries.
