Honda Rebel Debuts in California on Long Beach

Honda is pleased to announce a brand new motorcycle for 2017 that offers a totally fresh take on custom cool – the Honda Rebel.

Honda Rebel is slim, blacked out to the max and with a low 690mm seat height. The all new Honda Rebel mixes old and new school style to fire the imagination of a younger generation of riders. It comes with a new tubular steel frame, contemporary lines in stripped-back, fat-tyred ‘bobber’ style, and mid-mounted foot pegs. It offers a relaxed and neutral riding position with gently outstretched arms.

Honda Rebel Engine and Other Details

The Rebel features a friendly 471cc 8-valve, liquid-cooled parallel twin-cylinder engine. The re-tuned engine has been drawn from Honda’s popular 500cc trio. For cruising duties, the revised PGM-FI fuel injection mapping has re-focused its character towards a more torque-heavy bottom-end output. Honda Rebels still retains a sporty feel to its smooth and linear power delivery for a ride that is engaging as well as easy. It makes sure that the rider enjoys the ride and motorcycles at the same time.

Rebel’s Color Options

The Rebel will be available in three colors: Graphite Black, Matte Armored Silver Metallic and Millennium Red.
The new Honda Rebel made its public debut at the long-beach International Motorcycle Show in California on November 18th.
