Take a walk down the memory lane, rewind to 2012. You are at the auto-expo Delhi, and see a company stall “Triumph Motorcycles” displaying their line-up. You get curious and anxious. You start googling, search in magazines, look up in Facebook, and ask your friends – When is Triumph coming to India?
No one knows! Some say late 2012 some say early 2013 some some say mid 2013. When you visit these product launches, few things stay the same!
YOU! Your Feelings! Your Excitement!
On Nov 28, 2013 at the Grand Hotel in New Delhi, the launch actually happened. The iconic British motorcycle brand ‘Triumph Motorcycles’, entered the Indian market bringing its iconic models; from the Classics to the Roadsters, from the Adventure to the Cruisers, to the SuperSports categories.
What we enjoyed was our reason for being there; the unveiling of the motorcycles. The first impression of each motorcycle while it appeared before your eyes after cutting through the artificial smoke was different. It was like, you could actually feel them. With each one coming on stage we described them in one word to each other, go ahead and do that when you watch this video.
The entry line-up includes:
The Iconic Bonneville, Bonneville T100, and the cool café racer the Thruxton from the Classic category. Priced between INR 5.7 Lac to INR 6.7 Lac
The legendary Speed Triple, and class leading Street Triple in Roadsters category. Priced between INR 7.5 Lac to INR 10.4 Lac
The largest production motorcycle the Rocket III Roadster, and black Thunderbird Storm in the Cruiser category. Priced between INR 13 Lac to INR 20 Lac

The company just did not bring the motorcycles alone but they brought accessories and the riding gear too. Paul Stroud, Director Sales & Marketing (Global), Triumph Motorcycles said, “With the launch of Triumph, we have brought the world’s most iconic premier motorcycle brand to India, Triumph is not just a motorcycle, but a way of life.” The same message becomes clear in their recently released video, see it for yourself;
